"The journey was a sole disappointment! If you get a gift like this, there has to be catch. But then: complicated change in booking a few days before the trip, different flights, different accompanying person – no problem. Solved within hours. Scanty bypassing of the waiting time? No. Instead a posh hotel and great dinner.
But probably inside cabins next to the engine room – wrong again. Instead outside cabins with a balcony on the top deck. Ok, surely they will save on the VIP hospitality – not quite so: nice, competent and an always cheerful host (Robert!), which one could always ask for anything.
But the cruise is probably paid by extra costs? Not your VIP guests! Generous pocket money, invites to great dinners, free drinks at the casino and bar, champagne, fruits and chocolate on the stateroom as well as small and funny surprises from the arrival to the departure. Hurricane season? Possible, but not for us.
Fantastic weather, awesome sun sets and impressive starlit skies. Lousy excursion program on US cruise lines? Not on this cruise. Attractive destinations with plenty excursions to choose from. Dolphin swimming, stingray safar, sightseeing – much above average. But still not 100 percent.
You could have avoided the thing with my sun burn somehow! Apart from that: dream holiday, wonderful week – please, please disappoint us again!" - H.H & M.H________________________________________
