Platinum Lounge Members of the Vegas Partner Lounge loyalty program (Vegas Loyalty Lounge) who maintain their status for 3 (three) consecutive quarters (or the equivalent thereof) will receive an invitation. A 'quarter' is defined as 3 (three) months.

Every individual Tier (Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum) will get its very own draw. Players will compete against players from their own loyalty tier only.

| 4. |
If your Loyalty tier changes before the draw is done, your entries will be moved to your new loyalty tier, to be drawn with other entries for that new tier.

| 5. |
All wagering done in currencies other than USD ($) will be calculated according to live exchange rates applicable to the time of wagering.

| 7a. |
Vegas Partner Lounge will reimburse the finalists for reasonable economy class flights (including airport taxes, tourist levies) of the player and 1 (one) partner to the final event. This amount will be reimbursed to the player via casino credits at the discretion of the Casino group. Should the amount be insufficient, the outstanding fees will be for the players account. Airfares will only be reimbursed to players attending the event.

Tickets are non-transferrable. Under no circumstances may the winner of a cruise package transfer their prize to another party. Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right not to reimburse winners if he/she is unable to attend the cruise. Winners will not receive compensation in any form if he/she is unable to attend the cruise. The full cruise package will, instead, pass on to the next eligible winner. |

Winners have 7 days to confirm attendance and to accept the Casino Treasure Cruise package. Should confirmation not be received within the aforementioned period, Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to transfer the full cruise package to the next eligible player.

The Finalist Prizes include air tickets, airport taxes and tourist levies, accommodation on the ship, transfers to and from the airport to the Cruise Ship, and cover for incidentals to the value of $500 per cabin (which includes gratuities). The Prizes exclude the costs for any vaccinations and inoculations, travel documents (e.g. passports), visas and travel and health insurance.

Vegas Partner Lounge shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of accommodations, or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, denied boarding, changes in fares and rates, or for cancellation or double booking of reservations, tickets, or charters beyond its control and without notice. |

Neither the participating Casinos nor their proprietors or their associated companies or agents are or shall be liable to the Designated Winner/s and/or the Designated Winner/s' chosen travel partner (either jointly or severally) for any damage, damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), injury, death, loss or costs for or from any cause whatever and however arising as a result of the Designated Winner/s or the Designated Winner/s' travel partner undertaking the trip. The Designated Winner's partner may not and shall not be a minor.

The Designated guests hereby agree that their (his/her) first name(s) and photograph(s) may be used in any publicity material.

Employees of any member of the Participating Casinos, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

In entering this competition you hereby consent to personal information about you being shared amongst the members of the Participating Casinos. This information shall only be utilized to communicate with you in respect of this competition, complete the Draw procedure and notify the Designated Winners.

These Terms and Conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between you and Vegas Partner Lounger and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
